Project Description: This Centex Homes 23,744sf masonry resort style clubhouse was built with upscale amenities including sophisticated sound/security system, fitness center, craft room with pottery kiln, internet café and service kitchen. Extensive site amenities including resort style pool, resistance pool, bocce courts, putting green, tennis courts, community entrances, gazebos and gate features were constructed by Manasota, requiring constant coordination with the developer.  The clerestory entrance plus 2 other clerestory towers and exterior finishes to the building make this a focal point in this development.  Cypress Falls clubhouse by Centex Homes, was also constructed by Manasota, and modeled after this prototype with some upscale design changes.
