This two-story 28,000sf masonry structure was a Design Build project. The building was designed with the most up to date computer technology. It includes computer training rooms, conference room, administrative offices, and counseling rooms. The development of this property presented unique challenges for the maximum useable square footage and parking on minimal land space. This challenge was overcome through underground retention, special pavement and retaining walls.
