Project Description: This Centex Homes 23,000sf masonry resort style clubhouse structure was built with full upscale amenities including sophisticated sound/security system, fitness center, kiln/craft room, internet café and service kitchen. Other amenities include zero entry pool, resistance pool, bocce court, tennis courts, putting green and 12 community gardening plots. All community entrances including waterfalls and gate features were constructed by Manasota. The clerestory entrance plus 2 other clerestory towers and exterior finishes to the building make this a focal point in this development. Challenges included jobsite safety during open houses, coordination/inspections with municipalities and coordination of extensive site amenities with developer.
