First Southern Bank

Project Description:
This 5,100sf, two-story new age bank is a high technology, energy efficient, corporate banking center. Constructed with a hybrid steel frame structure with light gauge radius metal roof structure. The exterior is covered with multi colored aluminum cladding panels and full curtain wall, blue glass system on front and back of the building for architectural appeal. The interior includes teller lines, custom customer refreshment /information center with drive up parking space exterior banking and all glass walled offices.  Stairs have stainless steel wire railings to the 2nd floor housing two full glass wall conference rooms and corporate offices on the way to the elevator.

The bank building includes a back up generator and full paver parking area with artistic decorative fence to divide customer & employee parking. Underground drainage was installed due to limited property footprint.

SouthTrust Bank of the Suncoast-Manatee Corporate Headquarters

This two-story 14,000 square foot corporate banking center with drive through was designed and constructed to blend in with the downtown Spanish architecture. This concrete block structure with tile roof and faux stone accents provides a solid structure with great aesthetic appeal.  Many unique trims were designed to accomplish this look.  The compact site required the use of underground storm water retention vaults to meet SWFWMD requirements. Site work included reconstruction of the corner intersection including new traffic signalization required by DOT with the property being on a state road. Manasota was the Construction Manager on this project.

American Bancshares-Corporate Office and Branch Bank (now BMO Harris Bank)

This three story 35,000 square foot corporate banking center is highlighted by twin three story atriums. Large open office spaces and elegant executive suites are all equipped with state-of-the-art data/communication and energy management systems.

Drive through banking added along with a customer banking lobby build out to incorporate separate branch bank into corporate office building after completion.

First America Bank(now South State Bank)

This  8,200sf masonry bank building includes a state of the art security system. Manasota worked extensively with  the local bank owner on high end custom interiors with cherry wood teller lines. Tower  facade built  at the entry to give the building curb appeal. Site and all parking done by Manasota.
