This 14,900sf building required tying the old downtown building renovation together with a new addition to the existing Law offices. Aesthetic connection was achieved with a 2 story atrium entry. Special attention had to be made for safety and noise with the Law firm still working while phased renovation took place. Construction coordination and communication with government and DDA was necessary to make a smooth transition into the new office space.
